Cosmetologist

Beloit Health System is looking to add a Cosmetologist to our NorthPointe Spa Team! Shift: First Schedule: 6:30a – 3:00p Hours per week: 32 Benefits Status: Eligible Department: NorthPointe Spa The Cosmetologist is responsible for performing Cosmetology Services (manicures, pedicures, facials and waxing) on clients within the scope of services. Provides cosmetology services to clients within scope of training and modifies the treatment based upon client feedback and response. Completes ordering for all required supplies and communicates effectively with vendors.Assists with scheduling of spa services.Works with all staff to ensure a high-level spa experience for all clients.Completes documentation per department policy.Markets services to potential clients/customers.Performs the necessary functions to prepare, maintain and clean up the work area to ensure cleanliness and safety.Presents an annual in-service to staff.Participates in community education and marketing programs. Job Requirements Graduate of accredited Wisconsin or Illinois Cosmetology Program.Illinois license in Cosmetology CPR certification within 90 days of hireAbility to effectively communicateAbility to problem solve.Must be able to organize and prioritize multiple demands.Maintains ethical conduct and keep confidential personal and medical information about clients.Adheres to established Hospital and NorthPointe policies, rules, and regulations.Participate in educational programs and continually seek for personal development.Utilize the appropriate level(s) of personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.Reporting Relationship: NorthPointe Campus Director Apply to join our team today!
