Corrections Security Guard - Unarmed

About the role

Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic public service location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by site.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
