About the role

The Corporate Travel Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for all corporate and executive travel needs. You will handle end-to-end travel planning, booking, and coordination while ensuring compliance with company travel policies, optimizing costs, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Cook up and book all aspects of domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, rental cars, and visas when required
  • Create detailed itineraries, manage changes, and handle last-minute adjustments with minimal disruption
  • Ensure adherence to corporate travel policies while identifying opportunities to optimize costs and improve efficiency
  • Maintain strong relationships with travel vendors, airlines, hotels, and booking platforms to secure preferred rates and services
  • Track and manage travel expenses, prepare reports, and support reconciliation processes
  • Provide high-touch support to executives and travelers, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Stay current on travel regulations, airline policies, and industry best practices
  • Aid with group travel, meetings, and event logistics as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Travel Agent, Corporate Travel Coordinator, or Executive Travel Planner (strongly preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of airline booking systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus), travel platforms, and itinerary management tools
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple travel arrangements simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle last-minute changes calmly and effectively
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced corporate setting with shifting priorities

Preferred Skills

  • Experience booking corporate or executive-level travel
  • Familiarity with travel management systems (TMS) and expense management tools
  • Knowledge of corporate travel policies and expense reporting processes
  • Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills
