Corporate & Transactions Attorney
As a Corporate & Transactions Attorney supporting the Supply Chain (Enterprise, Fuel, and Tech Ops), Treasury, and Finance Teams, you'll provide legal counsel on key business initiatives and help support the sourcing and onboarding of critical suppliers. You'll negotiate, draft, and review complex commercial agreements, including various supply chain and fuel supply contracts, while partnering with business stakeholders and external parties to support Company objectives and manage risk. This role requires an attorney who can quickly learn new areas, adapt to changing priorities, and provide practical legal advice in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
- Analyze and interpret existing Company agreements to provide legal advice and guidance
- Provide legal counsel and guidance regarding applicable laws, regulations, and policies to multiple departments within the Company
- Collaborate with legal department colleagues on a variety of legal, regulatory and policy issues
- Provide legal support and advice to support compliance with the Company’s corporate policies
- Perform other duties requiring legal research and analysis and/or negotiations as may be requested
- May be required to perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Law degree from accredited school
- Intermediate level experience as a licensed practicing attorney with a practice focus on corporate law and commercial transactions
- Must be a current member in good standing of a bar association
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards
- Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards
- Must be willing to travel when required for the job
- Must be able to work flexible schedule to include non-business days and hours as needed to meet client needs

- Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
- Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Supply Chain contracts
- Experience with Small Business Administration regulations
- Experience with Federal contracts and flow-down requirements
Physical Abilities
- Ability to perform work duties from work station/desk/office area for extended periods of time
Pay
Competitive market salary from $171,260.00 per year to $185,540.00 per year depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
