The Senior Transactional Attorney will handle a broad range of transactional matters, including:

  • Mergers and acquisitions

  • Buy-side and sell-side transaction support
  • Due diligence and closing documentation
  • Corporate governance related to transactions
  • General business and commercial transactions
  • Direct client communication and deal management
