About the role

Reid and Riege, P.C., a mid-sized Connecticut law firm with a business services practice, seeks a corporate transactional attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join our team in the downtown Hartford office.

Requirements

• Strong drafting, advocacy and organizational skills
• Excellent judgment, verbal communication skills, and negotiation skills
• Ability to connect and develop positive relationships with a variety of internal clients
• Dedication to delivering exceptional client service
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Connecticut Bar admission in good standing or ability to become admitted promptly

Pay

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have a background and increasing responsibility in commercial/corporate law, with particular emphasis on transactional work. Experience with M&A, commercial contracts, or financing transactions is preferred. Private fund experience is a plus.
