Corporate Transactions Attorney

Seeking for a corporate transactional attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join our team in the downtown Hartford office. Summary Qualified candidates will have a background and increasing responsibility in commercial/corporate law, with particular emphasis on transactional work. Experience with M&A, commercial contracts, or financing transactions is preferred. Private fund experience is a plus.Partial remote work will be considered.
