About the role

A respected, growth-oriented law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate & Transactional Attorney to join its South Florida practice, with flexibility to be based in either Boca Raton or Miami. This role is ideal for a senior-level attorney who enjoys advising sophisticated clients on complex corporate matters and wants to play a meaningful role in a collaborative, forward-moving practice.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of corporate and transactional work, including:
• Mergers and acquisitions
• Entity formation and governance
• Commercial contracts and strategic transactions
• Ongoing advisory support to closely held businesses and entrepreneurs

Requirements

• 6+ years of corporate and transactional experience gained at a law firm
• JD from an accredited law school
• Active Florida Bar admission (required)
• Strong academic background with excellent drafting and communication skills
• Ability to manage matters independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment

Qualifications

• Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required
