Corporate Transactional Attorney

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate loan documents, corporate agreements, including large contracts, license agreements, and mergers and acquisitions;
• Manage and coordinate complex transactions involving multiple parties;
• Provide general business representation to clients, including advice on corporate governance and other related matters; and
• Maintain and manage assignments efficiently while meeting deadlines and client expectations.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA accredited law school;
• Admission to the Pennsylvania bar;
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; and
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
