About the role
The IT Support Engineer, Americas is the face of IT for DoubleVerify's New York office. This role involves hands-on support for hardware, software, networking, and peripherals across various departments, AV support for live events, and IT hardware logistics for the Americas.
Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on deskside support at NYC Global HQ
- Run AV for live events at NYC Global HQ
- Provide white-glove support to C-level executives and senior leadership
- Support the Onboarding of new hires through IT orientation
- Keep conference rooms meeting-ready
- Drive tickets to resolution
- Collaborate with the global Corporate Systems team
- Maintain office equipment and shared peripherals
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of hands-on IT support experience in a corporate environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills across macOS and Windows OS
- Experience managing hardware logistics
- Hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting printers and office peripherals
- Experience supporting and operating conference room AV technology and enterprise conferencing platforms
- Experience with ITSM/ticketing platforms
- Experience running IT onboarding and new hire orientation
- Experience with Google Workspace end-user support
- Experience with MDM platforms
- Experience with Okta or similar identity platforms
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter with a proactive, service-first mindset and strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, high-energy environment

Benefits
This role is eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits. The estimated salary range for this role is between $77,000 - $131,000, based on qualifications and location.
