Corporate Staff Accountant
Responsibilities
- Aid in the monthly close process, including journal entry preparation
- Monitor and reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Learn and assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
- Analyze financial information
- Prepare and submit sales and property tax returns
- Generate KPI reports for management
- Maintain fixed asset records across multiple entities in various countries
- Support inventory cost management and G/L reconciliation to internal inventory systems
- Contribute to ad hoc reporting as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Up to 3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment or accredited lab is desired
- Experience in public accounting is a plus
