Role Overview
Balefire Wealth is seeking a Bilingual Advisor to join our Dallas office and support the continued growth of our Corporate Solutions team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one financial wellness meetings with employees of corporate clients.
- Provide personalized guidance on budgeting, debt management, emergency savings, retirement readiness, investing, and overall financial health.
- Educate participants on employer-sponsored retirement plans, including contribution strategies, investment options, rollovers, and retirement income planning.
- Deliver financial education workshops, webinars, enrollment meetings, and workplace presentations.
- Serve as a trusted bilingual resource for Spanish-speaking employees and their families.
- Help participants understand how workplace benefits integrate into their overall financial plan.
- Maintain detailed documentation of participant interactions in accordance with firm policies and compliance requirements.
- Identify participants whose needs extend beyond workplace financial wellness and coordinate introductions to Balefire’s wealth advisory services.
- Conduct discovery conversations and assist individuals seeking comprehensive financial planning.
- Support financial planning, investment, retirement, insurance, and wealth management discussions alongside Balefire’s advisory team.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships through exceptional service and ongoing communication.
- Coordinate with Planning, Investments, Insurance, and Client Engagement teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Support employer relationships by delivering a best-in-class financial wellness experience.
- Affiliate with onsite and virtual employee education initiatives.
- Increase employee engagement within retirement plans and financial wellness programs.
- Help strengthen Balefire’s Corporate Solutions offering through exceptional participant experiences and proactive communication.
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Active Series 65 or Series 66 (or ability to immediately become investment adviser representative eligible).
- Life & Health Insurance License, or willingness to obtain.
- Experience providing financial advice, financial coaching, retirement education, or wealth management services.
- Strong knowledge of retirement plans, personal financial planning, and investment fundamentals.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build trust with individuals from diverse financial backgrounds.
- Experience working with employer-sponsored retirement plans.
- Experience in an RIA, retirement plan consulting firm, or financial wellness organization.
- Experience presenting to employee groups and conducting educational seminars.
