Corporate Service Specialist

About the role

Globe Life is looking for a Corporate Service Specialist to support policyholder services through accurate processing of return mail, mailroom duties, policy review, and general office assistance. This position is located in Broadview Heights, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, scan and process all returned mail in accordance with department procedures.
• Research and resolve returned mail by locating updated policyholder contact information.
• Investigate and research returned checks and coordinate resolution with appropriate teams.
• Utilize internal and external resources to locate and verify current policyholder addresses.
• Perform policy review verification to ensure policy data integrity.
• Complete assigned projects in the planned timeframe.
• Maintain confidentiality of all policyholder information.
• Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, insurance operations, or a related administrative role.
• Medical terminology/medical office background a plus.
• Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
• Previous phone experience desired.
• Ability to handle various types of phone calls in a professional manner.
