Corporate Senior-Level Attorney

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead mergers and acquisitions transactions.
• Lead joint venture transactions, including real estate joint ventures.
• Handle equity and debt financing transactions.
• Draft and negotiate corporate and transactional documents such as merger agreements, stock and asset purchase agreements, complex operating and shareholder agreements, and various commercial agreements.
• Maintain excellent client relationships and provide high‑quality counsel.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate transactional practice.
• Admission to the New Jersey bar or New York bar.
• Demonstrated advanced transactional experience in M&A, joint ventures, and financing.
• Strong client service and communication skills.

Compensation

The anticipated initial annual base salary range is $205,000 – $235,000. Attorneys are also eligible for a billable‑hours bonus, a discretionary bonus, and an origination bonus.
