About the role

The Corporate practice at WilmerHale is seeking associates with at least four to five years of post-JD experience. Positions can be located in Boston or New York.

Responsibilities

  • Advising public companies in ongoing SEC representation and capital markets transactions.
  • Experience in mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, auctions, and carve-out transactions.
  • Advising companies through all stages of growth including business formation and equity financings.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills including managing teams on transactions.
  • Demonstrated experience training and mentoring junior associates.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor
  • Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based.
  • Strong analytical skills and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Pay

The total compensation package—base salary, bonus and benefits—is highly competitive with that of other major law firms.
