Corporate Associate (3rd - 6th Year)

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate M&A agreements, including operating and partnership agreements.
• Advises clients on private equity transactions, capital raises, and debt and securities offerings.
• Manages the day-to-day needs of portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance and handling general corporate matters.
• Negotiates important transaction documents and handles M&A transaction documents.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in Corporate law, with a focus on private equity, M&A transactions, and capital markets.
• Strong drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple aspects of complex deals and work collaboratively with clients and team members.
• Must be admitted to the Texas Bar.

Compensation

Base Salary Range: $210,000 – $280,000/year (based on experience and qualifications). Discretionary bonuses may also apply.
