Corporate Senior Associate (4-5 Years)

The Corporate practice at WilmerHale is seeking experienced associates to join our team. We are a leading, full-service international law firm with 1,000 lawyers in 12 offices globally. Our associates work at the intersection of government, technology, and business, contributing to the success of our diverse client base.

Responsibilities

• Advising public companies in ongoing SEC representation and capital markets transactions.
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, auctions, and carve-out transactions.
• Advising companies through all stages of growth including business formation and equity financings.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills including managing teams on transactions.
• Demonstrated experience training and mentoring junior associates.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor
• Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based.
• Successful candidates will have strong analytical skills and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
