Corporate & Securities Associate – Austin, TX

Key Responsibilities

• Advising clients on venture financings, private equity, general corporate matters, and private company M&A
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transactional and corporate documents
• Collaborating with team members across offices and with clients to deliver high-quality legal services
• Supporting complex corporate transactions and strategic corporate initiatives

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in venture financings, private equity, general corporate matters, or M&A
• Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: £310,000 – £390,000, based on experience and year classification
• Discretionary merit bonuses may be awarded
