Corporate Recruiter (Temp-to-Hire)

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for various corporate and professional positions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and drive hiring decisions.
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, job boards, social media, and other methods.
  • Conduct phone screens and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Create engaging candidate outreach campaigns to strengthen the employment brand and attract diverse talent.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Lead offer development and presentation, including compensation recommendations, offer negotiations, and closing candidates.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams throughout the recruiting process.
  • Provide guidance on market trends, talent availability, compensation, and recruiting best practices.
  • Manage candidate and requisition activity within the ATS, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Support recruiting initiatives such as employee referral programs, employer branding efforts, social media campaigns, career fairs, and talent community engagement.
  • Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, company policies, EEO guidelines, and recruiting best practices.

  • Consistently identifying and attracting high-quality talent.
  • Maintaining organized, compliant recruiting processes and accurate ATS records.
  • Contributing ideas that improve recruiting effectiveness, employer branding, and overall hiring outcomes.

The Basic 5:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with applicant tracking systems.
  • 3+ years of experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing end-to-end recruitment process in medium to large organizations.
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to exercise tact and discretion.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized.

The Preferred:

  • Previous recruiting experience in engineering, construction, industrial, and/or industrial automation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

Physical requirements and work environment expectations vary by position.
