Recruiter (Temp)
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the selection process
- Partner with Sr. Manager, Human Resources and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and provide guidance throughout the hiring process
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, networking, employee referrals, and other recruiting channels
- Cook interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process
- Process candidate reimbursements
- Extend employment offers and partner with the operations team to facilitate pre-employment and onboarding activities
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure applicant tracking system (ATS) records are accurate, complete, and up to date
- Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and hiring activity
- Support recruitment marketing initiatives, career fairs, hiring events, and other talent attraction activities
- Promote a positive candidate experience by providing exceptional customer service and timely follow-up throughout the recruitment process
- Ensure recruiting activities comply with company policies and applicable employment laws
- Support the continuous improvement of recruiting, onboarding, and candidate experience processes
- Respond to general inquiries and escalate issues as needed
Requirements
Strong computer skills; Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and the ability to learn and utilize new systems; experience in Canva and Asana is a plus
Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting principles, sourcing techniques, and interviewing best practices preferred
Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and build relationships with various levels within the organization

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Enthusiastic, proactive, and positive person who adapts to change and with urgency and persistence

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred; relevant job experience in lieu of degree will be considered
One (1) to Three (3) years of professional experience required; experience in supporting full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition preferred
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, scheduling tools, and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments is a plus
Travel Requirement: 0% to 10%; domestic and/or global
