Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment activities for entry-level to mid-level positions within life sciences, quality, manufacturing, clinical, regulatory, and corporate functions.
- Source and screen candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking events, and university partnerships.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Cook up interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Draft and post job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.
- Communicate regularly with candidates regarding application status and next steps.
- Support offer preparation, background checks, and onboarding activities.
- 0-2 years of experience working in HR, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or related field
- Must have previous hands on recruiting experience
- Life science/clinical research recruiting experience preferred, not required
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field

Salary: $52,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience
