Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle recruitment activities for entry-level to mid-level positions within life sciences, quality, manufacturing, clinical, regulatory, and corporate functions.
  • Source and screen candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking events, and university partnerships.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Cook up interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Draft and post job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.
  • Communicate regularly with candidates regarding application status and next steps.
  • Support offer preparation, background checks, and onboarding activities.
  • Qualifications

    • 0-2 years of experience working in HR, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or related field
    • Must have previous hands on recruiting experience
    • Life science/clinical research recruiting experience preferred, not required
    • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field

    Pay

    Salary: $52,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience
