Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, refine role requirements, and build effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of corporate roles, from intake meeting to I-9 completion.
- Create and manage job postings, ensuring accurate position details and strong alignment with business needs.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines by proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Review applications, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and guide hiring teams through the selection process.
- Own candidate communication throughout the hiring lifecycle, including outreach, interview coordination, offers, and dispositioning.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to share candidate profiles, gather feedback, and move candidates efficiently through the process.
- Help facilitate internal mobility efforts, including reviewing internal candidates and partnering with transfer processes.
- Ensure an efficient and compliant recruiting process, including documentation, status updates, and candidate tracking in the ATS.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
- 1–4 years of recruiting experience required.
- Experience managing multiple open requisitions at once while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed, with a track record of engaging passive candidates.
- Experience working within an applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintaining accurate candidate data.
