Corporate Recruiter - $37-$42hr - Bethesda, MD

Our client, a financial services organization, is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join their team on a temporary basis in Bethesda, Maryland.

About the role

• Build candidate pipelines and sourcing strategies in partnership with recruiters and hiring managers
• Identify and engage passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Conduct candidate outreach, screening, and talent market research to support hiring initiatives
• Present qualified candidates and maintain accurate recruiting activity in Greenhouse
• Support talent mapping, employer branding, and other recruiting projects as needed
• Ensure sourcing practices comply with employment laws and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience required, preferably within financial services
• Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and candidate sourcing strategies
• Experience using Greenhouse or similar Applicant Tracking Systems
• Interest or experience utilizing AI-enabled recruiting tools

Pay

$37–$42 per hour

Schedule

• Temporary assignment for a few months, with the possibility of going permanent
• Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite
