About The Role
As a Corporate Recruiter at FMX, you will play a vital role in shaping our company's growth trajectory by attracting and securing top talent across various functions. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive and resourceful recruiting professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment. You will own the candidate experience, ensuring it is positive, efficient, and aligned with FMX's values. Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Experience recruiting in SaaS or other high-growth, fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously without compromising quality
- Strong sourcing skills with experience engaging passive candidates and building talent pipelines
- Experience partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and guide interview processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and offer management skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Workable
- Ability to leverage recruiting data to improve hiring outcomes
- Interest in adopting new recruiting technologies, including AI solutions
- Highly organized, collaborative, and adaptable in dynamic environments
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with recruiting best practices

Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for a variety of roles across different business functions
- Handle a workload of 10-12 active requisitions, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop interview plans, and make informed hiring decisions
- Source and engage top talent through multiple channels, building strong talent pipelines for current and future needs
- Maintain and promote FMX's employer brand across job boards, career pages, and social media platforms
- Ensure a positive, consistent candidate experience throughout every stage of the hiring process
- Support compensation discussions by providing market insights and salary benchmarking
- Maintain accurate recruiting data within the applicant tracking system and optimize workflows
- Explore and implement new recruiting tools, including AI-powered solutions, to enhance sourcing and efficiency
- Continuously improve recruiting processes by collaborating with hiring managers and promoting inclusive interviewing practices
- Gather feedback from new hires to identify opportunities for process improvement and candidate experience enhancement
