Corporate Recruiter - $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

About the role

At TQL, our Corporate Recruiting team partners directly with business leaders to attract and hire top talent. As a Corporate Recruiter, you’ll manage full‑cycle recruiting for complex, high‑impact roles while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys owning searches end‑to‑end, influencing hiring decisions, and building strong candidate pipelines in a fast‑paced, highly visible environment.

Responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for corporate professional roles
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements and talent market dynamics
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking
• Evaluate candidates through phone screens, structured interviews and candidate assessments
• Guide hiring managers on interview best practices, compensation alignment and hiring decisions
• Manage candidate experience from first conversation through offer and onboarding
• Track recruiting activity, pipeline health and outcomes in our ATS (Avature)
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and hiring outcomes

Requirements

• 2–5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously
• Ability to influence hiring managers and operate as a business partner
• The ability to work with the latest technologies
• Comfortable working in a 100% in‑office, performance‑driven environment
• Excellent communication, organization and follow‑through
• College degree preferred, but not required

Pay

$50,000 - $60,000 per year base salary + $20,000 annual bonus target; $2,500 sign‑on bonus.
