About the role
At TQL, our Corporate Recruiting team partners directly with business leaders to attract and hire top talent across IT, Finance & Accounting and professional corporate functions. As a Corporate Recruiter, you’ll manage full-cycle recruiting for complex, high-impact roles while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys owning searches end-to-end, influencing hiring decisions and building strong candidate pipelines in a fast-paced, highly visible environment.

Who we’re looking for
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
- Ability to influence hiring managers and operate as a business partner
- Excellent communication, organization and follow-through
- Comfort working in a 100% in-office, performance-driven environment
