Corporate (Public/Private Companies): 4th - 7th yr

Responsibilities

• Represent companies in capital markets transactions
• Represent public companies with SEC (’34 Act) reporting, corporate governance matters, and exchange compliance
• Manage client relationships and handle the day-to-day demands and workflow requirements of public company clients with sophisticated needs
• Experience representing high-growth businesses in connection with financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters is a plus

Requirements

• Four to seven years of experience with public and/or private companies
• Worked in the corporate department of a national or international law firm
• High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school

Pay

The expected annual pay range for this position is $310,000-$420,000. Final offer amount will be dependent on applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
