Corporate Partnerships Account Manager
About the role
We are seeking a Corporate Partnerships Account Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Partnerships, this role is a high-visibility, cross-functional position that bridges enterprise sales, strategic account management, and executive relationship building.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow brand partnerships with top 100 franchised brands, focusing on C-suite stakeholders such as CHROs, VP Talent & Recruiting, and COOs.
- Execute preferred vendor and multi-year service agreements (MSA) for corporate-owned locations across the full franchise system.
- Represent Workstream at industry conferences and partner events, including leading panels and speaking engagements.
- Manage key strategic initiatives with corporate partners, including brand marketing entitlements, webinars, co-hosted events, and association relationships.
- Drive quarterly business reviews and prioritize product roadmaps based on corporate feedback.
- Facilitate product demos, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and lead pilots from scoping through expansion commitment.
- Present franchise usage data, ROI analysis, and value creation narratives to secure buy-in for scaling beyond beta and throughout the franchisee base.
- Build cross-functional brand strategy plans and manage execution end-to-end.
- Plan and attend private partner events and conferences to enhance our relationship with key partners.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in account management or strategic partnerships, with a focus on enterprise sales and executive-level relationships. Comfortable operating in a rapidly evolving startup environment, pushing back on executives when necessary, and maintaining strong relationships.

Pay
The salary range for this role is between $120,000 to $160,000 OTE in San Francisco, with a discretionary bonus and equity package. The actual salary will be determined based on a variety of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
Schedule
This role is 4 to 5 days in-office, designed to support close collaboration with the sales team and cross-functional partners. This schedule may require occasional travel for conferences and events.
