Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, and manage form agreements and other legal documents under attorney supervision, including premium seating agreements, NDAs, sweepstakes and contest rules, commission agreements, and other form agreements.
• Manage routine contract matters from intake through execution, including coordinating internal review and approvals, communicating with business stakeholders, tracking status, facilitating signatures, and maintaining executed agreements.
• Assist with the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of standard contract templates, clauses, playbooks, and Legal Department processes.
• Organize and maintain the Company’s contract management system in coordination with the master administrator at Company’s parent company, including ensuring agreements and related information are complete, accurate, and properly maintained.
