We are an established law firm with multiple offices across the DC, Maryland, and Virginia region, known for a sophisticated corporate and transactional practice. Our team supports clients on mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and complex entity structuring matters, and we are looking to add an experienced corporate paralegal to support that work
About the role
Job Details
- 7+ years of experience as a corporate or transactional paralegal in a law firm setting (in-house-only experience does not meet this requirement)
- Demonstrated experience supporting M&A transactions and financing deals
- Experience preparing and maintaining corporate records, resolutions, consents, and governance documents
- Experience managing entity formation, qualification, and compliance filings across multiple jurisdictions
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate and transactional paralegal work, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a law firm setting. They should have a proven track record of supporting M&A transactions and financing deals, as well as experience in preparing and maintaining corporate records, resolutions, consents, and governance documents. Additionally, they should have experience managing entity formation, qualification, and compliance filings across multiple jurisdictions.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of both the employee and the firm.
