About the role
We are an established law firm with multiple offices across the DC, Maryland, and Virginia region, known for a sophisticated corporate and transactional practice. Our team supports clients on mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and complex entity structuring matters, and we are looking to add an experienced corporate paralegal to support that work.
Responsibilities
- Supporting M&A transactions and financing deals
- Preparing and maintaining corporate records, resolutions, consents, and governance documents
- Managing entity formation, qualification, and compliance filings across multiple jurisdictions
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a corporate or transactional paralegal in a law firm setting (in-house-only experience does not meet this requirement)
Qualifications
- Experience supporting M&A transactions and financing deals
- Preparation and maintenance of corporate records, resolutions, consents, and governance documents
- Management of entity formation, qualification, and compliance filings across multiple jurisdictions

Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $100,000 - $125,000 per year
