About the role
The Corporate Paralegal will support complex transactional and governance matters, handling drafting and filing of essential documents for mergers, acquisitions, and corporate formations. Duties include overseeing due diligence processes, maintaining minute books, and coordinating contract lifecycles from negotiation to execution.
Responsibilities
- Handle drafting and filing of essential documents for mergers, acquisitions, and corporate formations
- Manage UCC statements and SEC filings
- Oversight of due diligence processes
- Maintain minute books
- Cook coordination of contract lifecycles from negotiation to execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-10+ years experience as a Corporate Paralegal
- Prior experience at a top law firm
- Plus: ABA Paralegal Certification
Qualifications
- Full Time position
- Up to $140,000 with benefits and bonus potential
- Locations: Downtown Los Angeles, Irvine, San Diego, Salt Lake City, Seattle, Nashville, Atlanta, or Denver
- 3 days a week onsite, 2 days remote
