About the role
Assist with corporate governance, including preparing board meeting materials and maintaining corporate records.
Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
Coverage of legal documents includes coordination with internal departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Manage filings with government agencies and maintain legal databases.
Conduct legal research to support the Legal team's initiatives.
Provide administrative support to attorneys and other legal staff as needed.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as a corporate paralegal.
- Experience with corporate governance and legal documentation processes.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and database management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- Licenses and certifications (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPM) are a plus.
