Corporate Paralegal

Latitude is seeking an experienced corporate paralegal with at least five years of public-company corporate experience to support a global organization’s legal team on a part-time, remote basis.

About the role

In this position, you’ll work closely with the General Counsel of a global organization, providing key support on domestic and foreign subsidiary matters as well as a range of other corporate matters. This role is ideal for someone with in-house experience at a public company who is looking for sophisticated, high-impact work within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

• Provide general corporate support

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience handling domestic and foreign subsidiary matters and managing general corporate support for a public company
• Prior experience supporting a public company’s General Counsel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced corporate environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to work independently, prioritize, and multi-task
• Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate or legal education preferred
• Proficiency using HCue, Diligent, and Workiva
• Outstanding references

Position Details

This is a part-time, remote contract engagement.

• Schedule: Approximately 10 hours per week
• Pay: Annualized pay ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference.
