About the role
JURISolutions is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal for a hybrid, full-time opportunity with our financial services client.
Responsibilities
- Managing corporate governance and corporate compliance
- Maintaining subsidiary records, organizational charts, audit inquiries and corporate books
- Drafting resolutions and annual meeting documentation
- Facilitating director/officer life‑cycle events
- Partnering with Finance, Tax, and HR teams to address legal requests and banking/KYC documentation
- Identifying process improvements via AI tools
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience managing corporate governance and corporate compliance, including the duties listed above.
Schedule
Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week) in Purchase, New York or New York City; 40 hours per week for approximately 3–6 months.
