Responsibilities
- Manage legal intake process, workflow tracking, and record maintenance to ensure timely handling of requests in accordance with established processes.
- Partner with Legal Counsel to develop and maintain legal playbooks, standard operating procedures, and internal compliance guidance.
- Oversee Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) management, including preparation, tracking, execution, and record maintenance.
- Administer contracts by monitoring key milestones, expiration dates, renewal deadlines, and compliance requirements.
- Manage intake and fulfillment of Certificate of Insurance (COI) requests from customers and vendors and liaise with insurance brokers to issue certificates.
Qualifications
- A self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys creating structure and processes.
- Outgoing and comfortable communicating with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Independently motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of corporate paralegal experience.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment desired.
- Paralegal certificate or Legal Studies background is a plus.
