About the role
Our client, a top 100 law firm, is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join the team. This position is hybrid (3 days in-office) and based in NYC.
Responsibilities
- Assist with corporate transaction tasks
- Draft legal documents, edit, and compare versions
- Maintain corporate and stock records
- Assist with legal research and analysis
- Create and manage entity formation paperwork
- Prepare SEC, Blue Sky, and UCC filings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years' experience as a Corporate Paralegal
- Must have Blue Sky experience
- Top-notch legal writing and proofreading skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills

$100-125k annually, based on experience
