Corporate Paralegal
About the role
Leading the implementation and ongoing management of our contract lifecycle management system (Thomson Reuters/HighQ experience required)
Draft, review, and manage contracts including NDAs, vendor agreements, client contracts, and other corporate agreements using established templates and best practices
Maintain the contract repository and ensure seamless document flow, tracking, and organization
Cook up contract review and approval workflows, managing timelines and stakeholder communications
Provide guidance on contract approvals, delegations of authority, signing processes, and contract execution procedures
Support legal compliance and risk mitigation through proper contract documentation and administration
Essential administrative support to the Chief Legal Officer
Responsibilities

Requirements
Demonstrated expertise in contract management and contract lifecycle administration
Proficiency with contract management systems, particularly Thomson Reuters/HighQ
Highly organized with a strong ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Detailed knowledge of contract review, negotiation support, and approval processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to clearly document contract terms and requirements
Proactive problem-solver capable of identifying contractual risks and process improvements
Service-oriented approach to supporting multiple departments and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Paralegal Degree or Certification required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Proficiency in Thomson Reuters/HighQ or similar contract lifecycle management platforms
- 5-10 years of corporate legal experience in contract management, ideally in a law firm or in-house legal department
Skills
Expertise in contract management and contract lifecycle administration

$100,000 to $120,000 annually
