About the role
Join us if you have over 8 years of legal experience working on private securities offerings and entity agreements, maintain existing client relationships and business, and have experience representing issuers and investors in private securities. You should also have experience drafting and negotiating LLC agreements, Partnership agreements, stockholder agreements, articles of incorporations, etc.
