About the role

The firm is seeking an Operations Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join its growing team. This role focuses on representing homeowners associations (HOAs) and condominium associations in their daily operations and while entail working in a variety of areas of law including contracts, employment law, municipal law, financing, and more.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of legal experience required
• General corporate law experience preferred but experience in one or more areas above is required.
• Licensed (or ability to become licensed) in TN.
• Commitment to client service and team collaboration
