About the Role

Our client is seeking a mid-level Corporate & Securities Associate (4-6 years) to join its practice in Chicago.

Qualifications

• Experience with private offerings and fund formation, including private investment funds and funds of funds
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating PPMs, subscription agreements, LPAs, operating agreements, side letters, investment management agreements, Form ADV, and related fund documentation
• M&A transaction experience preferred
• Excellent writing, organizational, and analytical skills
• Strong academic credentials and interest in a sophisticated law firm practice
• Active bar admission in Illinois (or ability to obtain admission)
