Key Responsibilities
Lead and support M&A transactions from start to finish
Advises clients on a variety of general corporate matters
Collaborates on corporate restructurings, strategic partnerships, and investments
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- 3-4 years of corporate law experience, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions
- Strong academic credentials and exceptional communication skills
- Admission to the Texas Bar (or the ability to become licensed in Texas)
