Corporate M&A Associate

Responsibilities

- Advise clients on private equity transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, and portfolio management. - Provide efficient legal service both independently and as part of a team. - Collaborate with other team members in the execution of complex transactions. - Provide the highest quality of client service and contribute to professional development in an on-track partnership position.

Qualifications

- JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school. - Must be admitted or eligible for admission in New York. - 3+ years of M&A and private equity transactional experience. - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Strong organizational skills with extreme attention to detail. - Ability to collaborate effectively in team settings. - Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and balance competing responsibilities.

Pay

Compensation: Salary: $260,000/year. This position is bonus eligible.
