Corporate M&A Associate

Position Overview

We are looking for an associate with 2-4 years of law firm experience specializing in business and transactional work. Ideal candidates will have experience in mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and other commercial transactions. Familiarity with Latin American corporate matters is a significant plus.

Key Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant corporate M&A experience in a law firm setting.
• Experience drafting and negotiating transactional documents.
• Strong academic credentials and exceptional writing, drafting, and communication skills.
• Admission to the Florida Bar is required.
• JD required.
• Preference for candidates fluent or proficient in Spanish.
