Responsibilities

• Represent clients in resolving corporate disputes at all stages, both in the pre-trial phase and during court proceedings
• Draft claims and prepare responses
• File claims
• Submit private complaints
• Prepare appeals and cassation complaints
• Draft written explanations and clarifications for specific cases
• Prepare motions and objections
