About the role

Kidbea is inviting applications for the position of Corporate Lawyer at its Noida office for legal professionals with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable corporate laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Advise management on business operations, corporate governance, and risk management.
• Handle legal notices, disputes, and coordinate with external legal counsel.
• Manage company registrations, licences, and regulatory filings.
• Affiliate in employment, vendor, and other commercial legal matters.
• Protect the company’s intellectual property and confidential information.
• Provide legal opinions to support strategic business decisions.

Qualifications

• LL.B. from a recognized university.
• LL.M. will be an added advantage.
• 3–4 years of experience in corporate legal practice, either in-house or with a law firm.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate compliance, labour laws, and commercial transactions.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters efficiently.
