Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, vendor, and partnership agreements
- Advises internal teams on legal and regulatory issues affecting new products and features
- Supports corporate governance, entity maintenance, and board-related matters
- Collaborates with compliance and risk teams to align legal frameworks with operations
- Manages relationships with external counsel and helps optimize legal spend
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one US state
- 4+ years of experience in corporate, commercial, or technology transactions
- Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
- Familiarity with data privacy, consumer protection, and online marketplace issues
- Excellent judgment, communication skills, and business-oriented mindset
