The Tampa office is seeking a corporate associate with 3 to 5 years of experience to join a national-caliber private funds practice.
Responsibilities

- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
Requirements
- Graduated from a nationally recognized law school in the top 10% of their class
- Corporate background
- Admitted to The Florida Bar or eligible for admission in the near future
Qualifications
Qualified candidates must have a J.D. degree.
