As an Analyst, you’ll collaborate with team members to critically think and problem-solve, executing the implementation of effective processes and strategies for clients. You’ll work across a wide range of clients and projects of varying length and size. In addition to client work, you’ll participate in team culture initiatives and social events.

Our Analysts join us from diverse backgrounds and make an immediate impact by developing creative insights, designing processes, and driving tangible results. We provide training and coaching while you work independently or in group settings to build effective relationships and create solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Contributes to the design and maintenance of a policy governance framework.
  • Supports several Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) initiatives.
  • Analyzes differences in policy management approaches internally and identifies leading practices for financial institutions.
  • Identifies good industry practice for formalization in the Policy Framework.
  • Develops an implementation strategy and delivers appropriate implementation of Policy Framework activities across the organization.
  • Develops processes for review, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Supports the development and maintenance of the Managerial Governance Framework.
  • Consults with others and advises business and corporate segments regarding good industry practice.
  • Updates the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and the related major risk identification process to maintain the risk inventory.
  • Provides governance training and education related to the frameworks.
  • Supports risk-related mandates and charters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in banking, finance, economics, or law.
  • Internship with relevant industry or risk management experience and/or accreditation.
