About the role

The Analyst role is an entry-level position open to undergraduate students who are currently Seniors on track to graduate in December 2026 or spring of 2027, and Masters degree students on track to graduate in December 2026 or spring of 2027. This role requires regular in-office presence and may involve travel to other Altman Solon offices and client sites as needed.

As an Analyst, you will be involved in every aspect of our consulting practice. While responsibilities vary by project, you will gain exposure to a breadth of projects and develop expertise in TMT alongside a sophisticated consulting toolkit.

Responsibilities

• Develop novel, data-driven methodologies and own execution of solving complex client problems.
• Build rigorous business models, market sizings, and quantitative Excel-based tools for client delivery and ongoing use.
• Conduct research to understand market demand drivers, competitive landscapes, and technology trends through surveys, primary interviews, and analysis.
• Assist with synthesizing and presenting key findings and recommendations to clients.
• Develop content-specific knowledge that expands and evolves throughout your tenure.
• Support internal firm-building initiatives, including recruiting, mentoring, diversity and inclusion, community service, and special projects.

Pay

$100,000 + performance bonus.
